My mother died on a Tuesday morning in November. Memories of the frail and soft hand I held.
Too painful at times
Growth through trauma doesn't feel natural as it does in other circumstances.
I'm being challenged to look at my grief and deal with it. I have buried grief for many years in a stoic pragmatic way.
Many painful years have shown that my way is not the best.
