Finding good info and lots of tips about essential oils and how they could help me manage long COVID, dysautonomia, nervous system regulation, and the list goes on...
One glaringly erroneous issue, though, is that since this book is published by doTerra, who promote quite a few EOs (thankfully not all) can safely be ingested (albeit at a drop or 2) without any consequences or interactions. Unsafe with certain meds!
