Lots of beautiful writing- especially in her descriptions of young love. The author does an amazing job of illuminating the struggles of lesbians in the 1950s. This book was very well researched.

Typo on page 205. I don’t know how books get published in this day and age (2021) with such a blatant typo. Where was the editor?
