hic fucking sniffle this book's grip on me is fucking iron

i am so unbelievably in love with every single member of this book’s cast. like i cannot name another story where the characters have been this compelling and interesting across the board other than this and im not even halfway through

this is just an exceptionally smoochable ensemble cast

oh this is so delightful already?? also love a sci-fi/fantasy story that isn’t afraid to actually have no -human characters
