I wish it would save my blurb >:/ This book is genuinely awful and I believe people don’t know good writing if it hits them in the face. The smut is why this book has good reviews and I’m not even a huge fan of it. It’s a struggle to get through and could easily be 200 pages shorter.

I hate the second book so much. Violet is insufferable and nowhere near who she was in the beginning. Now, she’s just a horny, self-centered bitch. It’s almost like she was written by a man. ALSO, the writing is driving me up a fxcking wall. Holy repetition. She uses the same metaphors and expressions OVER and OVER again such “the knot in my stomach” or “the hairs on the back of my neck stand”.
