Nothing ground-breaking or novel has been shared here, so far. If you've read any book about leading with empathy or vulnerability, you know what's discussed. Moreover, the author seems to be leaning very heavily on quotes from other people they've interviewed on their podcast and have quoted dictionary definitions at least twice, which seems to me very derivative.
