I’ve just read “Half an Autumn” for the third time, on the plane, and I need to rip it out of the book and hand the pages to someone else, to someone I want to love better, or I need to learn how to memorize someone else’s language, I need to ask the pilot to turn the plane around to fly home (to fly where?) to fly to Germany so I can match the translation in my head to the page, I need to read it again
