Working my way through an old edition of this text in an attempt to improve my policy evaluation skills when it comes to budget at the state and local levels. Although it is dense ( I’m using AI to assist me since I’m doing this independently), I am learning a ton of useful approaches. Hoping to use some of this knowledge to develop a better way for my town to review potential capital expenditures.
