This book should have been two books. Like literally the half way point could have been book one and the second half book 2. I like the overall plot but I wish we had more Tané in the first portion and the whole dragon riders plot could have honestly been a book on its own. I didn’t care about Roos AT all and it annoyed me that we got more time with him than Tane which doesn’t seem like a good use of pages.
