Well now I’m disappointed!! A whole section on yeast infections and the author empathically disagrees that what we eat affects our vaginal health. Completely refutes any merits of the candida diet,but then doesn’t think to even touch on the relationship between antibiotics and vaginal yeast infections. I don’t think I like this book any more.

If there is a vagina in your household you should read this book!!
