I've been struggling with grieving these past months and it's been a rollercoaster journey. It's really hard to actually undertand this wound after my loved ones passed away. Almost half pages of this book and it feels like witnessing how actually someone's journey about grieving. Mixed of both understanding of grieving person feeling and how to acknowledge them properly as well.
