Ryan’s Reviews > Zealot: The Life and Times of Jesus of Nazareth > Status Update

Oh great. I'm not too far in to the book but the author talks about his conversion to Christ and how devout he was and then how he has spent the last two decades studying the life of Christ. Anyone prefacing his book on Christ with a great deal of talk about how deep his own knowledge is, can't be good. The Gospels aren't reliable in learning about Christ's life and we should lean solely on other historical writings.
