Have you seen West Side Story, the new one? In my mind Duchess was Riff’s character and voice the whole book.

I have! And interesting! I’m just now getting the sense of Duchess and I can see your connection. It’ll be hard now to NOT insert Riff in my idea of Duchess haha!
