How is this book five hundred thousand pages long? I have been trying to get through this since dinosaurs walked the earth. DO SOMETHING. How is the only one doing something A PILE OF GOO. Painful. Also - am I too stupid to, like, get it or is the text AND subtext just "actually people need to be subjugated, its good for them, just dont be mean about it"

I am officially in the fabled last third of the book, we have at least stopped ruminating the last two books, so now we're wide open for plot to happen. This better be good because no book has ever felt like more of a waste of my time than this one has so far, I'm so mad
