I’m gonna force myself to finish this book but I won’t be continuing the series. Not only is the FMC a Mary Sue, the way they handle the FMC’s trauma was done so badly that it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I just wish authors would do actual research into how trauma affects people before they decide to put it in a book for plot.
