THIS IS SO GOOD. just finished the first part, which could’ve been a whole book in itself honestly, the ending was so climactic. it started a bit slow and i was worried it was maybe a little uninspired, being clearly very influenced by tolkien, as well as real world religions and ethnic groups, but it does a great job building tension and intrigue until the AMAZING last three chapters!! excited to see whats next!!
