Going to abandon. Too forced. I don't like the writing where you're just told-told-told what everyone is thinking over and over. And the characters aren't consistent. Lilith says "I have never cried." Then in the next moment she's wiping away tears or fighting back tears even tho nothing has evolved in the character, just her ruminating on her circumstances. And a Prince in love with her without explanation.
