embodied worthiness meditation juxtaposing unworthy exp. w/a worthy experience: worth alot of insight meditation (because it directs one to the most effective experiences to learn and become accustomed to automatically pulling a worthy experience into the breath/body when reliving or experiencing an 'unworthying' experience by cultural editors. Ok.

interesting. Using an experience with a perfect stranger to disconnect the entangled emotions of a potentially abusive parent or caregiver makes a lot of sense something I've never seen or thought of before. Like the lady in Izmir who sang to me for merely smiling.
