I read this book because I recently became a manager and cared deeply about being a good one. It was geared towards newly minted managers, and it was spot on to how I was feeling in my first 3 months. Written by Julie Zhuo, who was the vice president of product design at Facebook. Highly recommend this book to new managers and also to seasoned ones as an opportunity to look inward and improve.
