“Inwardizing” in Hegel means the interior spiritual assimilation of what was once external — the Spirit becoming conscious of itself within us, not just outside us.

Sense-certainty refers to the initial stage of consciousness where one believes that knowledge comes directly and reliably from the senses—that is, from immediate, unmediated experience.

Sense-nature in Hegel is both necessary and limited, and is eventually aufgehoben (sublated) as thought and spirit come to grasp the unity behind appearances.

In Hegel, utility is a partial, external, and subordinate concept, meaningful within finite understanding but ultimately surpassed by notions of intrinsic value, ethical totality, and the self-determining Idea.

The “predicateless Absolute” hasn’t yet unfolded into the dynamic process of becoming and self-consciousness that Hegel thinks true reality must involve.

Consciousness becomes dirempted when it becomes aware of an object as separate from itself, creating the tension between self and other that drives further development.

Like nature is something that seems natural (immediate, external, unthinking), but is shaped or conditioned by Spirit or reason.
