Honestly, it is a bit slow and disjointed. It is a combination of the thoughts on prayer of many modern rabbis. The thoughts in and of themselves are interesting, but it feels disorienting. It’s like being in a room with a bunch of clearly knowledgeable and thoughtful people, but being pulled from one bit of conversation to another.
