like i’m rly mad at myself for saying this bc i LOVED Cleopatra & Frankenstein but rn im not feeling anything for this book and it barely feels like the same author. the intro was beautiful and set the scene wonderfully but i don’t care about any of these characters and they’re written in such two-dimensional ways… pls i want it to get better!
