One Pot Spinach and Tomato Tortellini Soup (From Damn Delicious Cookbook)- A very straightforward recipe. I subbed in vegetable broth for chicken broth to make it vegetarian. It came out very good. I would repeat this as it is very simple.

Avocado Toast (from the Damn Delicious Cookbook)- I’d say I failed pretty spectacularly. Apparently, carefully sliding an egg into hot water is just too difficult for me. I mean it tastes fine (I mean eggs and avocado on toast of course it will taste fine). But I lack the skill set for good presentation.
