IT'S NOT A BREAKDOWN IF YOU'VE ECHEDULED IT SIX MONTHS IN ADVANCE. It's a vacation. Calling it a breakdown is very strange. 'Pause, reflect and rebalance' is not a breakdown it's a holiday.
