I'm crying for characters that are only mentioned for a few chapters knowing that they're already dead in the present of the book's plot... Like we already know they won't make it and it still hurts so much.
How come danmei authors are so devastatingly skilled at crafting these cruel, merciless, tragic existential crucible of impossible dilemma scenarios over and over again in each danmei I've read so far...😭
