I’m about 22% into Bend Him, Break Him by M.N. Bennett. The writing is subtle but emotionally loaded—there’s this quiet intensity to every interaction that makes you read between the lines constantly.
It’s not fast-paced, but it’s never dull. I don’t know exactly where it’s going yet, but I can already tell it’s going to hit hard when it does.
