I'm so glad this is not my first Garwood book, because this book seems to have all the things that make me roll my eyes in romance books. It's still good though.

The historical are meant to be cheeeeese! I read this series way back in high school and they hooked me into romance 💛 Sorry you’re not enjoying it!

Haha, that was the thing I noticed when I recently read this one, the violet eyes. It was like my third-in-a-row heroine with violet eyes.
