I agree with the fact that the history books do present American history in a respectful, patriotic way… there is rarely any negative aspects discussed where American “heroes” are in the wrong. Heroification is definitely a real thing when it comes to American history and how it is portrayed to students.

Really makes me wonder how 45/47 will be written into the history books.
