I find the premise slightly unbelievable because in what world would 2 ER physicians have the same shifts AND not run into each other AND find the time to write letters that are multiple pages AND leave them in plain sight of everyone in the department??? Ig I will have to suspend my sense of disbelief a little higher for this one smh
