I agree with the idea of structuring your entire day. We as humans know things do not go as planned, but we as people imho cannot get things done outside of structure. it leads to things, similar to the book talks about, shallow work aka scrolling social media, checking your email, watching a yt video or two that's 30 minutes long - man but it's not about ignoring spontaneity - you embrace it. shit crazy - I DO THIS?

I never thought this before but, productive meditation - it's essentially in those bouts of say exercising, going for a jog, driving, etc... you use that time to think deeply on a single problem. I already do this sometimes, but you can really hone in on a problem ooo this is fascinating.

Kind of talking about what I already do to keep focused for long stretches of time. Fascinating.
