The chapter about stress and how it impacts was really helpful. Very educational for those who have no idea about these things or have felt society shame. Good to educate myself and learn.

Still learning a lot and asking myself questions. Have a task to complete which I find useful but I am also not rushing myself to complete them. Taking my time. Exploring and learning.

I am really liking this one so far. Not everyone knows the basics about this stuff so it’s really educational. It’s been teaching me new things which I appreciate. Very fact based which I also appreciate. And it has good tasks to complete which help you get a better understanding. I have really been enjoying it so far!

Very useful to far. Interesting information and tasks to go forward with. Helping me to accept and embrace myself as I am and remove the family and societal hard given with its seeds.

I wish I’d gotten this a lot sooner- but society and my upbringing were not supportive of such things.
I hope this improves and changes.
