Whoa! Chapter 10 was so detailed that made me feel that i was doing the MUDRUN with the MFC. I would love to have the courage to join a mud run. Participating in any physical event/ activity is so daunting! 5k = 3 miles!! Ok if you're a shortie like myself with a 28-30' leg length is difficult to even find pants! but to run even 1 mile would take me about 15 mins. This gives me hope that maybe I could do a mud run.
