Just crazy to think that the self titled album is 30 years old. And he’s been gone twice as long as his brief career lasted.

Yeah. Candle is 93? And Cop and Speeder is around 30 years old now. Shit. Old is the operative word here, as in ‘me.’ “The Biggest Lie” was a huge part of a very young relationship. Shit. I’ll always say it: he was my generation’s best by miles and leagues. Was lucky to see him so much because of time and proximity. Hopeful one day the estate will release just some of the amazing, complete songs like “Abused” and “Suicide Machine.” MP3 just doesn’t cut it for me.
