It’s a poorly written book on important topics by an author that thinks their shroom trips were deeper than yours. It feels like it was written from her to her to affirm herself and not really to say anything about anything. The nature facts are very surface level, the equivalent of someone telling you about a film they saw, a wiki page they came across or a lesson someone else taught.
