You guys were "nemesis" so there is no reason why you would tell her that. It's not like she asked you about it

I've been liking this book so far but maybe it's just me, I can't understand why it's such a big deal to tell her he is Ranger. I understand his concerns, but it doesn't seem plausible she'd be upset over that. Writing is his thing, and he's been doing it for years.
