Mary Phung Mr James, have you read this one? I love walking meditation practice taught by Thich Nhat Hanh. As I run, I often think that I can do running meditation too and I am trying to improvise some techniques. Anyway, this book shares some advice regarding mindful running, which I found very helpful as I like to perfect my running meditation practice.

Mr. James I haven't read it. For me, running was always a form of meditation. I'd let my mind get lost in the environment until I was floating.
