A lot wordier than volume 1, the half-hands off, dreamy video game guide format being replaced with a more linear, third person narrative connecting the images together. At first I felt disappointed, but then looked up, realised half an hour had passed and felt disoriented at the solid reality of the room around me. It's hard to fault Plastiboo's alluring vistas and fuzzy nightmares after a reaction like that.
