I am trying to see the beauty
in what is here for me right now.
Instead of only seeing the beauty in things
I long for but have never even held.

What would it look like to do more than just survive?
What would it feel like to be truly alive?

I think I have grown
too comfortable with
getting another tomorrow.
So much so that
I waste today.

I still don't get the poetical aspect of English poetry (not my native language) but I love the way she seems to just be inside my own head sometimes 🫶🏻

Throw it out in a bottle
