the length of the book has grown on me. i feel like i’ve had a good time living with these characters in their semi-episodic perils. sad to be close to the end, but excited to have this whole narrative draw to a close

dear god this is fucking long but it’s so good… trying not to let the task of finishing it be a stain on my thoughts of it overall

I’m really enjoying this book, but reading it as I like to read books is a bit of a marathon
