the book has gotten a lot better! i love that anna has mentioned some of the medications i’m on and lists some of their side effects. and i love that she explains some mental disorders to the reader and it’s the same ones i have. so i feel like an expert. and this book has convinced me i will absolutely not mix alcohol and my medicine
