The first portion of this book starts with the history of Kudzu coming to America, and then goes into how people are making use of it and selling it, after that we begin to get into the people who research Kudzu and somewhat how it works. I feel that the mom and pop Kudzu shop portion drags a lot, and makes it hard for me to get through the first like 6%-11%.
