Usually I only give 5⭐️ to my absolute favorites, and even though it personally is not going on that list, this book is too important, with writing too good to not receive that rating. The amount of “…. is what i didn’t say” breaks my heart. Societal and cultural pressures silence the mothers, fathers, children, and more who need the most support. Actually heartbreaking but so uplifting at the same time.
