i've heard terrible (terrible) things about this book, but: (1) i want to get it over with already and finish this series, and (2) i need to see my loves willacade and wintertheo (and harvey π) one more time, so wish me luck πβπΌ (apparently, i'll need it)

It was, there's no way around it. I wanted to love it even more because of the military background, which I'm a sucker for, but nope, this felt so detached from everyone else and all their stories. Cringe.
