Thank you, Tom Pawlik, for this pearl of wisdom. I'm sure that we definitely can't examine this from any other angle.

I feel like the aliens in this book could possibly act like parasites and take over human host bodies, but I also feel that something like that might be a little too ambitious for something brought up in chapter 39 out of 59, especially since it's taken this long for anything interesting to really happen. Or just too ambitious for this author in general, honestly.

The characters in this book are so chronically stupid, I swear. About 90% of their problems could be avoided if they just took like 10 seconds to be rational adults.
