This is a coming of age, a mid life crisis novel. Not a romance. At least not a traditional romance. There is love in troves here. Platonic, self, actualized, love of life and all its facets except Romantic. And it’s better for it as its main character Eleanor learns how to finally live after decades of feeling dead to the world. 10/10
