This writing style is kinda' disorientating. It seemed quirky and original before, now it's just hard to engage with.

A week + a few days and all I've managed to do is get 10%.
Either This one lacks the sparkle and charm of the first two, OR I burnt myself out re-reading the series in preparation for this one.
10% in and it's still doing a prologue that reintroduces all the characters and nothing new has happened yet.
