It's something alright. His proposals are eyebrow raising at best. Theoretically sure somewhat sound, economically not so much. Most of what he's saying, the more you dissect it the more schizo it becomes, but this will be bound to change since I'm merely in my 2nd year as an Economic student...I doubt it though.
