Chapters 4 and 5 chronicle the dismantling of the Ethiopian Empire (Black civilization) by the Asians, first and, then by Arab invaders. It also chronicles the splintering of the black race into various tribes across the African continent and how Arabs perfected the black slave trade on a massive scale across the entire continent and the Arab states.

The author is still on the Asian takeover of African culture of what was then Ethiopia, including Egypt. Professor Williams also speak of the changing of race from African to a mulatto or Egyptian race. He speaks of the movement of the cataract (boundaries) and the settling of Asians in the Nile Delta of Egypt.

The first two chapters of this book details in the author's opinion how the vast territory that was once Ethiopia or Abyssinia was broken by the people of Asian origins into segregated areas and how through enslavement of the black Africans, the Asians were able to mix the races, thus allowing their spawn of lighter complexion the privileges of their conquerers other than the mothers that bore them.

This book is a summary of the history of black people beginning, the author says, in 4500 B.C. These first 45 pages tell the reason that he wrote this history and the nations across the globe that his 16 years of research took him to seek his information. It is to serve as the author's summation of why black history seems to be wiped from the face of history books. Two things seemed to contribute: color and migration
