i can’t think of any i’ve read, but “the summer book”, “hot milk”, and “swimming in the dark” are on my summer tbr for this exact reason

i read it so long ago but “malibu rising” by taylor jenkins reid is the first book that came to my head. “every summer after” is a popular one, but personally i didn’t love it as much. “just for the summer” by abby jimenez is trending rn too, & it’s on my tbr!
