Hal gives a tough love speech that Ollie doesn't like.
A couple of 'old lady' punches later and the friends hug it out.
Egan gets back on the job... and is shot!
Dying, he calls for Ollie who talks about 'law' and 'justice'.
For people who get away with things because of the law, their justice is people like him...
Dinah welcomes Oliver home.

An almost retiring cop Egan enters an alley and sees a man with a gun... Green Arrow steps in to help.
Turns out it's two stupid kids with paint guns.
The judge shares his harsh opinion of vigilantes and it shakes Oliver. He begins drinking.

I don't think I like Lt Cameron. I think he suspected GA of killing Dawn...
The 'Horseman' is tracked down by a biker gang and GA.
GA helps beat the goons then listens as the man tells Dawn's sad tale.
Even tho the men who killed the poor woman are arrested, the story is not done.
GA gives Dawn's keys to the Canadian cop man and he promises to finish what she started.

So much nudity! Guess that comes with the territory as the story is about a biker man hitting strip clubs to find a woman named Dawn.
Poor Dawn. Horrible horrible way to die. And to add insult to injury, is people judging her by what she did.

I liked the convo between the stranger man and Oliver, not quite sure I understood it tho.
I seriously dislike when writers make Aussie dialogue like, too much. You know?
Part 2 tells us the man's name, Jake Moses and his history; Long Jumper turned Merc when his wife was killed.
A mission went bad, killing students...
I liked the ending tho I also dislike not knowing Moses' fate.

Another failed sniper shot makes Oliver retrace his steps from last ish.
Well, after a convo with FBI guy Fyres. Who mentions Dinah... (I don't know what that's hinting at).
Anyway, turns out if Oliver had not been targeted, a murderer would've gotten away with it!

Well, besides the domestic.
Not an easy situation, sure. But maybe a bit too swiftly moved on from.
